Altitudes between 100 and 150 meters ensure noticeable day-night temperature swings which enhance elegance and aromatics.How it's madeHarvesting is done by hand between the second and third week of September, with careful bunch selection. After destemming and gentle pressing, the must is cooled and transferred to French oak barriques for fermentation under controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and about twelve months of aging in second-use barrels, with periodic bâtonnage, enrich the wine’s structure and complexity; the wine is then lightly filtered before bottling.Tasting notesIn the glass, it shines a bright golden yellow with green highlights.
