Vinification of the Golden Kaan Chardonnay This white wine clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only first-class grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Golden Kaan. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Chardonnay can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.
