The red wine Tre di Tre Lupo Meraviglia is inspired by its label from the coat of arms of the city of Lecce, located just behind the Masseria , which represents a wolf under an holm oak tree. Its name refers to the 3 grape varieties that compose it: Primitivo, Aglianico, and Negroamaro.The winemaking method used in the production of this wine is saignée, an ancient technique employed to maximize the extraction of substances from the grape skins. The wine obtained then ages for 3-6 months.Of intense ruby red color, it reveals aromas of fruit, including jam-like notes, along with sweet and spicy hints. The palate is structured and concentrated, with silky tannins.It pairs well with flavorful first courses, braised red meats, and roasts.
