Olivier Tricon Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy AOC 0,75 ℓ

The white wine Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy by Olivier Tricon. The vines are located on the left bank of the Serein and benefit from the dry easterly winds, ensuring perfect and healthy growth on steep and shallow hilly terrain. The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which are slowly squeezed and then vinified. After clarification, the wine rests in steel for 9 months. Straw yellow in color, the wine is expressed with floral and fruity citrus aromas, with a final note of honey. The sip is fresh and savory, with a long finish. Excellent with fish, shellfish and noble poultry.
