Coming from the Langhe area, it is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-limestone soils, which help to give the wine a balanced structure and refined complexity.The winemaking process involves gentle pressing without subsequent pressing and extraction of the first fraction of the free-run must up to a maximum of 50%, with fermentation in stainless steel. Then, in the following spring, tirage takes place and the wine is aged on the lees for at least 9 months in temperature-controlled environments at 13°C, following the classic method.It displays an elegant straw yellow color with golden reflections. The bouquet is complex, with delicate floral and fruity notes, while on the palate it stands out for its clarity, intensity, and a vertical profile that enhances the freshness of each sip.
