Vinification of the Corbarol Blanc from Château Saint-Roch The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée Corbarol Blanc from Château Saint-Roch are Grenache Blanc and Roussanne grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Roussillon. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. When perfect physiological ripeness is assured, the grapes for Corbarol Blanc are harvested exclusively by hand without the aid of coarse and less selective grape harvesters.
