After harvesting, the grapes are macerated, sometimes traditionally, sometimes with the use of carbon dioxide, for 3 to 4 hours, after which the wine is naturally decanted at 10°C. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a rest period of 4 weeks before the Serra Lori Rosato is bottled.
