The 5 Barrel Experience pack by Poli allows you to taste 3 types of Poli grappas: Sarpa Oro, Cleopatra Moscato Oro and Grappa Sassicaia. Sarpa Oro grappa has hints of exotic fruit, cedar, licorice and vanilla. The sip is complex, broad and enveloping. Cleopatra Moscato Oro grappa is vacuum-distilled in a bain-marie. It reveals aromas of flowers and fresh fruit, citrus, honey and pastry. The sip is elegant, soft and clean. Sassicaia grappa from artisanal distillation with a steam still is produced from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Sassicaia wine and aged for 5 years in Sassicaia barrels. It smells of wood, vanilla, coffee, cocoa and licorice. The flavor is complex and structured. Grappa Due Barili is produced from pomace of Prosecco grapes. It has hints of milk chocolate, raisins and toasted hazelnuts. The sip is persistent and harmonious. Aging takes place in two different types of barrels: at least 2 years in 225-liter French oak barriques and at least 2 years in PX Sherry barrels. Cleopatra Amarone grappa is aged for one year in Amarone barriques. It is amber in color, with aromas of dried fruit, spices and wood.
