Lunae Circus Liguria di Levante IGT 0,75 ℓ

The Circus was born in the vineyards of the Ligurian company Lunae, located between Castelnuovo del Magra and Ortonovo, in the province of La Spezia. Obtained from Massareta, Albarossa and Alicante grapes, harvested and selected only by hand during the middle of September, this wine, after a maceration of about 10 days, ferments and refines in steel, where it remains until February. This is followed by further stabilization in the bottle before being placed on the market. Circus Lunae is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose offers an interesting and fine fruity and floral scent, with clearly distinguishable notes of wild flowers and ripe red fruits. In the mouth it is harmonious and persistent, with velvety tannins that give the wine great elegance. Versatile wine, the Circus can accompany very elaborate first courses, grilled meats, stews but also mature cheeses.
