The Lou Rosé Côtes de Provence Peyrassol is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Vermentino produced with organic grapes from vineyards grown on predominantly calcareous soils. This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of the best terroirs and collaboration with partner winemakers. The harvest takes place between mid-August and early October. The winemaking follows traditional methods, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature after delicate pneumatic pressing. The refinement of several months on fine yeasts in stainless steel tanks allows the aromatic freshness of the wine to be preserved. It has a delicate pale pink with silvery reflections. On the nose, it opens generously, offering citrus aromas from the first moment that are confirmed on the palate. It continues pleasantly in a whole that manages to combine freshness and roundness.
