Pure Passerina grapes harvested and selected strictly by hand, Jajà is a wine that comes to life from a medium-textured soil, from which it acquires flavor and character. Vinification and aging in steel tanks. A splendid straw yellow color illuminates the view, while the fine and delicate nose is all artfully built on hints of white flowers, with fruity notes that recall banana, pineapple and citrus.
