Zinfandel Rosato Andiamo is a fresh and aromatic rosé wine, produced in the sunny wine region of Puglia, in southern Italy. Obtained from pure Zinfandel grapes, this wine expresses all the fruity character typical of the grape, thanks to the Mediterranean climate that favors perfect ripening. The winemaking follows modern methods, with a controlled fermentation to maintain the freshness and fruity aromas of the grapes. Afterwards the wine is aged in steel to preserve its vivacity, and finally bottled with a screw cap, to guarantee practicality and quality. The bouquet of the wine reveals intense notes of ripe red fruits, including strawberries and sweet cherries, accompanied by a light floral freshness. On the palate it is characterized by a pleasant acidity, which balances its natural sweetness, offering a lively and refreshing sip. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fresh salads, light fish dishes and soft cheeses.
