The area boasts a long winegrowing tradition and adopts modern soil management techniques.How it’s producedThe grapes are hand-harvested in September, with careful cluster selection. After destemming, the grapes ferment separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, preserving freshness and varietal aromas. Maceration is kept light, and the wine is aged for eight months in steel, with no use of barriques, to highlight the primary fruitiness and character of the varieties.Tasting notesIn the glass, it shows an intense ruby color with violet hues. The nose reveals aromas of ripe red fruit like cherry and raspberry, with subtle vegetal notes and a hint of spice.
