Le Péché Originel from Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils is produced with 100% Cinsault, coming from plots located on the right bank of the Rhône in the Lirac appellation, on predominantly sandy soils. The vinification of the grapes takes place in traditional cement vats without the addition of sulphites, to preserve the purity of the fruit and reflect the expression of the terroir. The wine offers an explosive fruitiness with aromas of red fruits and floral and Mediterranean notes. On the palate, it presents a complex aromatic range with roses, black tea, plum, milk chocolate, liquorice, orange peel and stone fruits, with an elegant tannic structure. It pairs perfectly with roasted white meat dishes or tasty vegetarian dishes.
