Riesling halbe Flasche 0,375l - Dreissigacker

A cool nose with plenty of rock, flint, some dried flowers, herbs, and a touch of hay. Clear and delicately juicy, with tension and depth, highly compact minerality on the palate with plenty of rock and some minerality, very dry with only a hint of extract sweetness, slight astringency, a highly complex finish with some stone fruit, a trace of candied pineapple, rock minerality, and a note of pastry.
