At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes for the Terroir Series Torrontes are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective machines. After the harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Terroir Series Torrontes can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 6 months....
