Pleine Nature Rosé - Estandon

Pleine Nature Rosé - EstandonPleine Nature Rosé - EstandonWith its luminous salmon pink, Pleine Nature Rosé - Estandon immediately unfolds Provence flair in the glass. The hue is reminiscent of delicate evening sun over chalky hills. Fine reflections shimmer like silk and mirror the wine’s elegant structure. On the nose, a vibrant interplay of fruit, citrus and delicate spice emerges. Red currants practically leap from the glass. Juicy pomegranate joins in and brings depth. Fresh grapefruit lends sparkling tension and a fine bite. Behind that, subtle notes of raspberry, white peach and a touch of blood orange dance. A hint of pink pepper, delicate garrigue herbs and a whiff of wet stone round off the bouquet. On the palate, Pleine Nature Rosé - Estandon appears silky, clear and straightforward. The first sip hits with juicy fruit of pomegranate and red currant. Grapefruit and lemon immediately contribute fresh tension. The texture glides softly over the tongue, yet remains taut and linear. The finely integrated acidity carries the wine in a slender and precise way. This creates a dry flavor profile with plenty of juiciness and elegance, without heaviness. The cuvée of Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah clearly shapes the style. Cinsault provides finesse, delicate berry fruit and lightness. Grenache adds ripe fruit, gentle fullness and subtle creaminess. Syrah ensures subtle grip on the palate, fine spice and structure. Together they create a rosé that comes across as fresh and animating, yet shows enough grip and length. The terroir of Provence is reflected in the wine’s clear line. Sunny days ripen the grapes fully. Cool winds from the hills bring freshness to the nights. The predominantly barren, stony soils keep yields low and concentrate the aromas. Thus, a fine mineral streak appears on the palate, reminiscent of wet stone and chalk. The finish is long, dry and very precise, with a slight salty impression. On the nose, the wine reveals a multi-layered play of aromas that steadily expands with a little time in the glass. Alongside pomegranate, grapefruit and red currant, small strawberries, a trace of tangerine and some lemon zest come to the fore. Floral hints of orange blossom and rose petal frame the fruit. Subtly spicy notes recall white pepper, thyme and a touch of lavender. This list provides a quick overview of the aroma profile: Red berries: red currant, raspberry, wild strawberry Exotic and citrus notes: pomegranate, grapefruit, tangerine, lemon zest Floral accents: orange blossom, rose petal Spice and herbs: pink pepper, thyme, fine garrigue notes Mineral nuance: wet stone, delicate hints of chalk Despite its fullness, the structure on the palate remains extremely elegant. The body feels medium-weight, with a clear fruit core and a cool vein. The acidity appears lively, never sharp, and makes the wine wonderfully easy to drink. The silky glide finishes in a fresh, citrus-driven finale with red berry fruit in the aftertaste. For rosé lovers, there are several highlights that make this wine particularly appealing: Authentic Provence style with clear fruit and freshness Silky texture and precise structure on the palate Organically grown grapes with a focus on terroir expression Versatile food pairing from aperitif to light summer menus Fine combination of citrus freshness and red berry fruit The result is a rosé that offers radiant lightness while also showing character and depth. Pleine Nature Rosé - Estandon feels like a summer’s day in Provence in the glass, clear, elegant and with fine energy. Production of Pleine Nature Rosé by Estandon The grapes for this rosé come from selected parcels in Provence. Mediterranean climate, plenty of sunshine and the influence of cool winds shape the berries. The soils consist of limestone, clay and stony gravel. This structure limits yield, concentrates aromas and brings minerality to the wine. Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah thrive here under ideal conditions. Cinsault delivers elegant, fine grapes with delicate berry fruit. Grenache contributes ripe fruit richness, harmonious structure and gentle creaminess. Syrah complements the trio with spice, depth and a clear line in the finish. Harvesting is carried out very selectively. The grapes arrive at the winery in the early morning hours, while the berries are still cool. In this way, the must retains its fresh aromatics. Only ripe, flawless grapes are used for further processing. This selected fruit forms the basis for the wine’s fine style. In the cellar, Estandon relies on gentle handling. First, a soft pressing takes place to obtain only clear, aromatic juice. A short maceration time gives the must its delicate salmon-pink color and fine tannins. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This way, the wine preserves its precise fruit and its freshness. After fermentation, the young rosé matures for a certain time on the fine lees. Regular stirring of the lees, the so-called bâtonnage, gives it its silky texture. At the same ti...
