Vinification of Kellerei Kaltern Edelvernatsch Alto Adige This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Vernatsch. Only flawless grapes were harvested for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Kellerei Kaltern. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
