Kiedricher Riesling - Robert Weil

A taut, fresh, vegetal aroma with a hint of floral and delicate yeasty notes, with clear, bright yellow fruit aromas and mineral traces. Straightforward, quite juicy, not entirely dry fruit, yeasty and distinctly mineral notes, a fine acid bite and a moderate grip from ripe tannins, good persistence and substance, mineral notes in the background, some depth, quite firm structure, still undeveloped, a very good, taut, juicy, and slightly peppery-spicy finish with bite and minerality.
