Quintessenz Weißburgunder Alto Adige DOC - Kellerei Kaltern
Quintessenz Weißburgunder Alto Adige DOC - Kellerei KalternThe barrel-aged Quintessenz Pinot Blanc Alto Adige from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region is a bright light yellow in the glass. After the first swirl, you can perceive a first-class balance in this white wine, as it is neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like on the walls of the glass. This single-varietal Italian wine reveals wonderfully expressive notes of morello cherries, peaches, apricots and plums in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits. This dry white wine from Kellerei Kaltern is perfect for wine lovers who prefer to drink it bone dry. The texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp and velvety on the palate. The finish of this age-worthy white wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige wine-growing region impresses with a beautiful aftertaste. Vinification of the Quintessenz Pinot Blanc Alto Adige from Kellerei Kaltern This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Pinot Blanc. Only first-class grapes were harvested for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Kellerei Kaltern. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by 10 months of ageing in large oak barrels. Winery Kaltern Quintessenz Pinot Blanc Alto Adige This Italian wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to fruity endive salad, wok vegetables with fish or coconut-lime fish curry. <p| 价格 |
