Vinification of Zenato's Soave Classico Garganega and Trebbiano grapes form the basis for Zenato's first-class and wonderfully elegant Soave Classico cuvée. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once it has finished, the Soave Classico can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
