Grauburgunder trocken - Dönnhoff
Grauburgunder trocken - DönnhoffDönnhoff's Pinot Gris from the Nahe reveals a brilliant, copper-gold color in the wine glass. The nose of this Dönnhoff white wine shows all sorts of nectarines, apricots, vineyard peach, mirabelle plums and Nashi pear. As if that wasn't impressive enough, the stainless steel aging adds more flavors like sun-warmed rock, forest floor and brittle. The Dönnhoff Pinot Gris impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with only 1.4 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the high quality wine range, this German wine enchants with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily require residual sugar. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Pinot Gris presents itself on the palate fantastically fresh and lively. Vinification of the Pinot Gris from Dönnhoff The basis for the elegant Pinot Gris from the Nahe are grapes from the grape variety Pinot Gris. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Pinot Gris are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective full harvesters. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Pinot Gris can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months. Food recommendation for the Dönnhoff Pinot Gris This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to spinach gratin with almonds, cabbage roulades or spaghetti with caper and tomato sauce.| 价格 |
