The grapes for this rosé wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand, at the time of optimal ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
