Riesling Wunderwerk - Dreissigacker

The Dreissigacker Wunderwerk Riesling comes from the renowned biodynamically managed top locations of Geyersberg, Kirchspiel and Morstein in Bechtheim and Westhofen. The grapes are selectively harvested by hand and spend half a day on the mash. Natural yeasts are used for fermentation. The Riesling is matured 30% in large wooden barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks. A year of yeast storage and subsequent storage in the bottle for a further four years creates a special harmony and power. An exceptional blend of the great individual locations.
