In the Marche, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and limestone soils. After the harvest, the grapes are brought quickly to the winery. There they are sorted and gently pressed. This is followed by the fermentation of the base wines. After the cuvée has been assembled, the further maturation takes place based on the Charmat method.
