Casa Grazia Adorè Sicilia DOP Moscato Bianco 0,75 ℓ

Adorè white wine is produced by Casa Grazia, located near Lake Biviere, in the province of Caltanissetta and managed by Maria Grazia Di Francesco. The wine is made from 100% white Moscato grapes, harvested in the third decade of August. The grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed. This is followed by the static decantation of the must and the fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. Ageing takes place in steel for 4 months. Intense straw yellow colour, on the nose there are aromas of white and yellow flowers, ripe fruit, lemongrass. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant, with a fairly persistent finish. Ideal wine to combine with seafood appetizers with shellfish, fish first courses, octopus with potatoes with aromatic herbs.
