Del Maguey Chichicapa comes from pure Espadin agave harvested when perfectly ripe in a village of Chichicapa located at 1540 meters above sea level. The production follows the original artisan recipe of 400 years ago and is very limited in favor of a high quality, thanks to the total absence of chemicals, dyes or additives. Chichicapa has a medium intensity scent, with a complex and rich taste, with citrus hints and a long finish with a mint aftertaste. An interesting and unique Mezcal, perfect on the rocks or in your favorite South American cocktai.
