This 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine, a precious and elegant sparkling wine, comes directly from the most suitable vines of the Trentino of the Avisian Hills and in the area of the Trento Doc denomination. It is harvested in September and ferments in stainless steel, and then matures on the lees for a period ranging from 24 to 36 months, in dark and silent cellars, until it assumes those characteristics which in terms of perfume and palate distinguish it. It has a bright gold color with a fine and persistent perlage and expresses an intense bouquet of citrus and white flowers on the nose, with sweet hints of cotton candy and croissants.
