Cantine Ceci Bruno Emilia Lambrusco Spumante Brut IGT 0,75 ℓ

Bruno is the label presented by Ceci on the occasion of the winery's 80th birthday. This is a very faithful reinterpretation of Lambrusco produced in the 1960s by Bruno Ceci, of which his cellar notebook with all the notes on the winemaking process is still preserved today. It is made from 100% Lambrusco Maestri grapes, sparkling in red with the Martinotti Method. It comes in the glass of an intense and brilliant purple red color. The nose offers sweet hints of red berries and morello cherry, followed by floral notes reminiscent of violet, geranium and rose. Fresh and hot on the palate, it has good flavor and balance. Find the ideal pairing in cold cuts and boiled meats of the Emilian tradition. Excellent to accompany a pizza or piadina. The graphics on the label were created by the illustrator Riccardo Guasco who portrays Bruno Ceci riding his motorbike, his other great passion.
