This careful selection allows for the production of a wine that fully expresses the characteristics of the territory and the balance of the traditional production method.Winemaking occurs through soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, followed by refermentation according to the Charmat Method in large pressurized containers, lasting from 30 to 40 days, ensuring a creamy and fine foam, followed by aging of 1-3 months on its own lees.It presents with a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by an aromatic bouquet that recalls floral notes of rose, acacia, and vine flower, combined with delicate fruity hints of white peach, pear, and apple.
