This Franciacorta Satèn is born in the vineyards of Tenute La Montina located between Lake Iseo and the morainic amphitheater of Franciacorta, in the province of Brescia.It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, carefully hand-picked and selected. After fermentation in barrique, which imparts elegance and finesse to the wine, the second fermentation occurs in the bottle using the Classic Method, with aging on its yeasts.It is characterized by a straw-yellow color. On the nose, it opens with hints of tropical fruit, acacia, and lime blossom, enriched by notes of vanilla from the barrique aging. On the palate, it is pleasantly velvety and fresh.Perfect for accompanying delicate first courses, this sparkling wine is ideal when paired with fish and white meats.
