Origine represents the beginning of Valdo's sparkling wine tradition which started in 1926, a eulogy at the time with innovative packaging, the noble junction between past and future. A selection of grapes with a high sparkling vocation make up the cuvée, made by means of a soft pressing of the grapes and a fermentation at controlled temperature, followed by sparkling wine for 3 months in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method. The colour is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it shows itself in all its floral delicacy, supported by a delicious trace of green apple. The taste is lively, harmonious and persistent, with a pleasant residual sweetness in the finish. Perfect as an aperitif, it marries divinely with appetizers or delicate fish dishes.
