In the Palatinate region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay, limestone and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Enjoy Rosé can further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
