The Part des Anges of the Domaine Usseglio Raymond & Fils is composed of Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir and Syrah, coming from 50-year-old vineyards located on the plateaus of the Terres Blanches, with galets roulés soils. The grapes are harvested and selected manually. Whole vinification and aging take place in new demi-muid barriques. The wine has aromas of ripe black fruits and delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is elegant and gastronomic, with rich aromas of black fruit, spicy notes and touches of caramel, with silky and well integrated tannins. It pairs perfectly with roast meat dishes or tasty stews.
