Obtained exclusively from Vermentino grapes, this wine carries out the classic white winemaking process, resting in steel for a few months, before being bottled. Cucaione by Piero Mancini is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a particularly fine and elegant aromatic bouquet of rosemary and bay leaf, enriched with notes of yellow peach and minerals. In the mouth it is well structured, balanced and soft.
