Finca El Lince is a red wine from Jumilla obtained from a blend of Monastrell and Syrah from the oldest vineyards of the Familia Bastida estate. The vines grow on poor limestone soils, located between 600 and 800 meters above sea level, under the sunny climate of the Murcia region. The yields are limited, a condition that contributes to the concentration and quality of the fruit.The wine is aged in French and American oak barrels in a 50/50 proportion. This process allows a balanced integration between the fruity component and the tertiary notes imparted by the wood, enhancing the structure and expressiveness of the blend. The result is a wine with a complex, rich, and harmonious character.It presents an intense garnet color with cherry highlights. The nose reveals spicy aromas, ripe fruit, new wood, vanilla, cinnamon. On the palate, it is expressive, balanced, structured, and full, with elegant final notes of ripe fruit.Perfectly paired with red meat, grilled dishes, ribs, or spicy dishes.
