Villa Folini Folini Vintage Collio DOC Cabernet 0,75 ℓ

The Collio Cabernet of the Folini Vintage line of Villa Folini is produced on the gentle and gentle hills of the denomination, in a unique area, protected by the Julian Prealps and influenced by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea. This wine is obtained from the vinification of 2 grape varieties, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, chosen for their ability to adapt excellently to the local terroir. The vinification of Collio Cabernet takes place in red, with a fermentation that takes place in contact with the skins for approximately 15-18 days, allowing excellent extraction of color and aromas. Subsequently the wine ages in steel tanks until bottling. It has an intense ruby red color. On the nose the bouquet is complex and enveloping, dominated by notes of red fruits and pepper, enriched by delicate spicy notes. In the mouth the wine is intense, balanced and persistent, with soft and elegant tannins that define its profile. It goes perfectly with robust first courses, game dishes and various cured meats.
