Brancaia Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 0,75 ℓ

The Chianti Classico Gran Selezione is born in vineyards located in Castellina in Chianti. Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand between the end of August and the beginning of September. The fermentation takes place in steel, while the aging takes place in French tonneaux (half new, half used) for 18 months and ends with 12 months in the bottle. Ruby red in colour with garnet hues, the nose reveals notes of red fruits, toasted, balsamic and spicy hints. Perfect to accompany important meat dishes, both red and game, as well as aged cheeses.
