Jaffelin Rully AOC 0,75 ℓ

Rully Chardonnay is produced with grapes from the Côte Chalonnaise, in an area located south-west of Rully, above the famous «Les Pucelles» 1er Cru. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly in the cellar. Fermentation takes place entirely in stainless steel vats, followed by aging for 11 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new. The wine presents itself with a beautiful golden color and an expressive, fruity and floral nose. On the palate it offers notes of tropical fruit, with a direct entry and a pleasant finish. Ideal to accompany grilled fish and poultry, hard cheeses.
