Espressioni is Andrea Marzadro's line in which greater weight is given to the effect that barrel aging produces on the final grappa. A continuous research from which few limited edition bottles are obtained. Distilled one by one the pomace of Teroldego, Marzemino and Cabernet with a discontinuous alembic bain-marie method, proceed with a studied blend and aging in oak for 5 years with the Solera method with overlapping barrels, from which the product name. Espressioni Solera is an amber colored grappa. The decisive onset of the nose denotes an inebriating richness of unequaled aromas. On the palate it is round, dry, of great balance, worthy of a craftsmanship. It lends itself to be eaten smooth after meal.
