The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Puglia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the pressing house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, Petricore Salento Rosato can further harmonize on the fine lees for 5 months.
