Pinot & Co Rosé - Dreissigacker

Freshness and elegance - the Dreissigacker PNT & C. Rosé matured in the Provence style. In order to give the rosé its delicate pastel color, the pressing process was deliberately gentle. This means that only a small amount of the coloring matter is extracted from the berry skins. The wine matured 100% in stainless steel. It was then stored on the full yeast for five months and then on the fine yeast until it was bottled. The maturation in the stainless steel barrel underlines the characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape variety: the Dreissigacker PNT & C. Rosé combines freshness, spice and elegance. Storage on the yeast gives it the necessary body and ensures harmony in the glass.
