La Chapelle Blanc Saint Chinian AOC - Chapelle Saint Pierre

We're really proud of La Chapelle Blanc 2023! It seems a bit fresher and lighter than its predecessors. Nevertheless, the wine has substance and length. The use of oak is sensitive, emphasizing the elegance and deliberately avoiding the over-the-top. It's very balanced, stimulating, with an interesting, subtly fresh, slightly saline finish, something we rarely encounter in the warm Languedoc.
