Riesling Johannes L - Lergenmüller

A cool nose of ripe yellow apple with skin, along with some citrus fruit, a hint of pastry and herbs; citrus fruit, especially pomelo, fresh yellow stone fruit and dry herbs; slightly tart notes and a light saltiness emerge on the palate; the finish is long, with persistent effervescence, tart-sour citrus fruit and a good degree of assertiveness.
