Yeasty, tobacco-like, and slightly nutty aromas with yellow fruit and peppery flavors, as well as distinct minerality, egg white, white pepper, and a hint of sage. Very firm in the mouth, tart and juicy, dense and grippy, with intense minerality, fine herbal aromas, and a hint of dark berries. Deep and complex, gripping, still young. Very good to long, firm, tart and juicy finish with grip and plenty of minerality, and again with white pepper.
