Weißburgunder & Chardonnay trocken - Weingut ManzThe Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from Germany reveals wonderfully expressive aromas of mirabelle plum, peach, vineyard peach and nectarine, rounded off by gingerbread spice, cocoa bean and cinnamon. The Weingut Manz Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine drinker. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by a tremendously creamy texture. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. There are again hints of nectarine and mirabelle. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by marl and limestone join in. Vinification of the Manz Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay Winery The elegant Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay from Germany is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and marl. After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
