Cuvée Rosé - KlumppThe Cuvée Rosé from the Baden wine-growing region reveals itself in the glass in a brilliant shimmering hue. This rosé from Klumpp is just right for all wine drinkers who like it dry. However, it never appears meager or brittle, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. Due to its vital fruit acidity, the Cuvée Rosé is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. Vinification of the Cuvée Rosé from Klumpp The elegant Cuvée Rosé from Germany is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Blaufränkisch, Cabernet Sauvignon, Saint Laurent and Pinot Noir. After harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Cuvée Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.... Food recommendation for the Cuvée Rosé from Klumpp This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to red onion stuffed with couscous and apricots, omelet with salmon and fennel or potato pan with salmon.
