Finally, on the finish, this wine from the Cyclades wine region delights with beautiful length. Once again, hints of pear appear. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the volcanic rock dominated soils join. Vinification of the Atlantis of Argyros Basis for the balanced Atlantis from the Cyclades are grapes from the grape varieties Aidani and Assyrtiko. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Cyclades. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of volcanic rock. After manual harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Atlantis can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees. Serving recommendation for the Atlantis of Argyros This white wine from Greece is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, fruity endive salad or spinach gratin with almonds.
