Vinification of Liberta' from Vigneti Massa This balanced rosé wine from Italy is made from the grape varieties Barbera, Cortese and Freisa. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Piedmont. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Liberta' can harmonize further for 4 months on the fine lees.
