In the glass, this wine shines in an appealing straw yellow with light golden highlights. The expressive bouquet is dominated by exotic fruits - especially pineapple, honeydew melon and mango come to the fore. Perfectly underlined by mineral hints. Vinification of the Chardonnay Weissburgunder Wageck Tertiary The Chardonnay parcels are located in Bissersheim in the Goldberg - The Weissburgunder parcels in the Burgweg site in Großkarlbach. In the period from mid to late September, the grapes are carefully harvested by hand in vats. Once the grapes arrive at the Wageck winery, they are vinified separately. Each grape remains on the skins for 6 hours and is fermented cooled in stainless steel tanks. 20% of this white wine cuvée is fermented spontaneously in wood. Only shortly before bottling again this white wine cuvées.
